A substantial 1" thick wood with 4" borders surround the rear loaded picture. Safe plexiglass covers the picture which is held down in the back of the frame by specially made spring clips for easy picture changes.

HARDWARE
Sawtooth hangers are attached to hang frame in either direction. Smaller frames can hang and also stand with a dowel peg system.
PLEASE NOTE: Frames are double painting, antiqued and purposefully distressed. Frame wood is thick and rustic, contains knots & slight imperfections (all intentional to capture the rustic antique style). Rustic rough wood will vary with regards to coloring, knots, grain, markings - all frames will be unique but will compliment each other to form a cohesive and stunning frame collage. We go to great lengths to produce very consistent products and know you will be very happy with the frames. Each frame is handcrafted and not mass produced.
