It has an ergonomic shape and was designed to promote natural oral development and to help protect against orthodontic issues such as open bite, crossbite, and increased over jet. The Cutie PAT Smile 0M+ has a soft orthodontic shaped nipple, and can be used by newborns up until weaning. The bite resistant nipple is safe for babies with and without teeth.
Flat 0M+: The Cutie PAT Flat 0M+ has a soft orthodontic shaped nipple and was designed to promote natural oral development. It can be used by newborns up until weaning. The bite resistant nipple is safe for babies with and without teeth.
Slant 0-6M: The Cutie PAT Slant 0-6M has a soft orthodontic shaped nipple that is flattened and was designed to promote natural oral development. It can be used by newborns up until 6 months. Once baby develops teeth, transition to a 0M+ or a Stage 2 Cutie PAT, for babies with or without teeth.
